WEAG AGM activity with our members
Woodley and Earley Arts Group are having their WEAG AGM on Thursday 24th June 2027 7:00pm-9:30pm at Oakwood Centre, Woodley. Non-member admission £6.
The event
Twice a year we have social events with an art theme.
In June we have our AGM evening. The AGM is dealt with quickly, followed by the judging of a mini exhibition of members' work entered anonymously into the 'Chairman's Challenge' prize competition.
In December we have our Christmas Social which includes games and an art quiz.
For socials we serve nibbles with wine and soft drinks.
Arriving
Oakwood Centre is at Headley Road, Woodley, RG5 4JZ. See Google maps.
Car parking is available across the road, there is a fixed fee covering the evening period.
Activities start at 7:30 but please arrive in advance, from 7pm to set up your materials.
There will be announcements before work commences.
Non-members pay for admission at the sales desk within the conference room.
Membership
Membership is £30 per year so it makes sense to join if you visit us regularly. Members also get priority booking at our workshops. Membership is required if you plan to exhibit with us at our twice yearly exhibitions.
